Alternative Fund Source Map

You can use the Alternative Fund Source Map tab on the CommonLine page to configure alternative fund source maps for each fund source for a particular lender, servicer, or guarantor.

Prerequisites

You must have Financial Aid - Settings - Manage authorization.

You also be familiar with the Background for Other Loans.

Access Method

Select the Settings tile > expand Financial Aid > select CommonLine.

Procedure to Configure Alternative Fund Source Maps

1. Select the Alternative Fund Source Map tab.

2. Specify the following value: Lender/Servicer/Guarantor Indicates all active Lender/Servicer/Guarantor records..

3. Select the Apply Filters button. Anthology Student displays the list of fund sources for the selected lender, servicer, or guarantor.

4. To add or edit the CommonLine Fund Source Code for a particular fund source, review, specify, or change the following values.

   CommonLine Fund Source Code Indicates the code associated with CommonLine Fund Source. This field is editable. Fund Source The source of this fund. If your institution is using fund source security, you must have permission to work with the fund source.

   Fund Source Code The code assigned to a particular fund source.

5. Select Save to save the changes.
