Manage All Your Tasks
You can use the Tasks list to display a list of all your tasks and use the list to manage those tasks. For example, you can:
- Display a list of active tasks
- Add new tasks and edit existing tasks
- Complete and then close those tasks
The list contains the tasks:
- Assigned to you
- You have permission to see (if policies are enabled)
The list does not contain tasks with task templates configured with an Event Type of Incident. Those tasks can only be viewed on the Tasks pages for specific students. (Select the Students tile > select the name in the Students list > expand Contact Manager > select the Tasks tile.)
The table shows all of the Event Types and indicates whether or not:
- You can create the task
- The tasks can only be automated and scheduled by Anthology Student
- The task can be both created and automated
Tasks automated and scheduled by Anthology Student appear in the list after Anthology Student adds them so that you can assign them. If needed, you can then edit and close them.
