Status History

You can use the Status History page to track the change of status in the student's placement sequence. You can add and delete school job and exit interview statuses for a student.

Prerequisites

To view the page, you must have:

  • Common - Student - View authorization

  • Career Services - Status History - View authorization

To add and delete a record, you must have Career Services - Status History - Add and Delete authorization.

To add a status, your institution must have configured an initial placement status for students that have not yet been placed in the placement tile ( Select the Students tile > select the name in the Students list > expand Career Services > select the Placement Statuses tile. ).

Access Method

Select the Students tile > select the name in the Students list > expand Career Services > select the Status History tile.

Procedure to Edit In School Job Status and Exit Interview Status

  1. Review the values in the lists.

    CommentsClosed You can use this option to see system-generated comments related to the status change.

    Date AddedClosed The date when the item or person was added or the status change was entered.

    Date Modified Closed Indicates the date on which the change is modified.

    Effective Date Closed Indicates the date on which the change is effective.

    Modified ByClosed Indicates the user who entered the change.

    New StatusClosed Indicates the status to which the student was changed.

    NotesClosed Area that displays, or that you can use, to specify comments or additional information.

    Previous StatusClosed Indicates the status from which the student was changed.

    ReasonClosed Select this option to see system-generated reasons related to the status change.

  2. To add a record, select the New button on the toolbar of the appropriate grid.

  3. Review, specify, or change the following values.

    Date AddedClosed The date when the item or person was added or the status change was entered.

    Effective Date Closed Indicates the date on which the change is effective.

    New StatusClosed Indicates the status to which the student was changed.

    NotesClosed Area that displays, or that you can use, to specify comments or additional information.

    Old StatusClosed The status before it was changed.

    ReasonClosed Select this option to see system-generated reasons related to the status change.

  4. Select the Save button.

  5. If you adding an school job status and you want to review the values in the sub-list, select the right arrow (Image of a right arrow. ) next to the row.

    Answer to Selected QuestionClosed Specified the answer to the selected question.

    Question SelectedClosed Indicates the selected question in the status.

    Question TypeClosed Indicates the question type for the selected question.

    ResponsesClosed Indicates the response for the particular question.

Procedure to Delete Status History

  1. Highlight the record you want to delete from the appropriate list.

  2. Select the Delete button on the toolbar.

Anthology Student removes the status from the list.
