Status History
You can use the Status History page to track the change of status in the student's placement sequence. You can add and delete school job and exit interview statuses for a student.
Prerequisites
To view the page, you must have:

Common - Student - View authorization

Career Services - Status History - View authorization
To add and delete a record, you must have Career Services - Status History - Add and Delete authorization.
To add a status, your institution must have configured an initial placement status for students that have not yet been placed in the placement tile ( Select the Students tile > select the name in the Students list > expand Career Services > select the Placement Statuses tile. ).
Access Method
Select the Students tile > select the name in the Students list > expand Career Services > select the Status History tile.
Procedure to Edit In School Job Status and Exit Interview Status

Review the values in the lists.

To add a record, select the New button on the toolbar of the appropriate grid.

Review, specify, or change the following values.

Select the Save button.

If you adding an school job status and you want to review the values in the sub-list, select the right arrow (
) next to the row.
Procedure to Delete Status History

Highlight the record you want to delete from the appropriate list.

Select the Delete button on the toolbar.
Anthology Student removes the status from the list.
