Residencies
You can use the Residencies page to add and manage the residency types and statuses for students.
Prerequisites
To view the page, you must have:

Common - Student - View authorization
-
Contact Manager - Residencies - View authorization
To add, edit, and delete records, you must have Contact Manager - Residencies - New, Edit, and Delete authorization
Access Method
Select the Students tile > select the name in the Students list > expand Contact Manager > select the Residencies tile.
Procedure to Add or Edit Residencies

If you want to:

Add a new list item, select the New button on the toolbar

Edit an existing list item, select the name in the list

Review, specify, or change the following values.
You can only select a residency type once.

If you want to save and:

Continue making changes, select the Save button

Close, select the Save & Close button
Procedure to Delete Residency Statuses

Highlight the record for the residency status you want to delete in the list.

Select the Delete button.
