Advisors
You can use the Advisors page to view the advisors assigned to the student by the areas of your institution and add Advisor Types of Other. The Advisors feature is useful for allocating an enrolled student across multiple advisors or to reallocate advisors to other students. In the Advisors list, the:

Standard Advisors list displays the advisors assigned to a student at the time of enrollment. The list of default advisors can be configured using the Default Campus Advisors list (Select the Configuration tile > expand Contact Manager > select the Default Campus Advisors.)

Other Advisors list displays the advisors of type Other. You also use the Other Advisors list to add, edit, or remove advisors of type Other.
Advisors in the Standard Advisors list can be changed where they are specified in Anthology Student. For example, the:

Academic Advisor is specified for each enrollment on their Enrollments page (Select the Students tile > select the name in the Students list > expand Academic Records > select the Enrollments tile.)

Financial Aid Advisor is specified for each Academic year on their Academic Years tab (Select the Students tile > select the name in the Students list > expand Financial Aid > select the Awarding tile.)
You can also assign and reassign some types of advisors in batch using the Advisor Assignments page. (Select the Processes tile > locate Contact Manager > select Advisor Assignments.)
The lists are sorted alphabetically by the Staff Group column.
The grid shows the items for the program version of the current enrollment (if any). Use the Program Version drop-down to change the program version. You cannot select All Program Versions.

You must have Common - Student - View authorization.
