Details for the Report
In the report:
- Course Load Details reports are sorted by course name
-
If a Load Factor is not configured to a course, the Load Method column displays N/A or Static Load. Anthology Student displays Static Load only if previously the course had a load factor defined and you have updated the configuration to not use the load factor
-
Sometimes, the Course Load Detail report displays the courses multiple times due to the load type and load factor based on per campus association.
Example 1:
If there is a Course A in Campus 1 and 2 and Campus 1 has a load factor and Campus 2 does not have (static load), Anthology Student displays this course two times in the report (1 for Campus 1 and 1 for Campus 2)
Example 2:
If there is a Course B in Campus 1, 2, 3, and 4 and Course B has a load factor only for Campus 3, Anthology Student displays this course two times in the report (1 for Campus 3 and 1 for Campus 1,2 and 4)
