Associate Policies to a Job

You can use the Associate Policies to a Job page to queue a batch when a policy is associated with the job. Policies that are defined in the Campus and the Staff has access to, are only associated.

Staff position policy associations are created for all non-expired Positions and Staff Positions of that Job for Terms that are in a current and future date, within or overlapping the Staff Position validity dates.

The Job Policy Associations page (Select the Configuration tile > locate Faculty Workload > select Job Policy Associations.) you have configured, processes the batch automatically.

You can then use the page to review all the batches that have been processed.

Prerequisites

You must have Common - Processes - View authorization.

Select the Processes tile > locate Faculty Workload > select Associate Policies to a Job.
