Instructor Maintenance

You can use the Instructor Maintenance page to display a list of staff members who have been designated as Instructors. You can also add or edit instructors and specify their information and some of their permissions.

Prerequisites

You must have:

  • Common - Processes - View authorization

  • Academics - Processes - Instructor Maintenance - Manage authorization

Access Method

Select the Processes tile > expand Academic Records > select Instructor Maintenance.

Audit for Staff and Campuses

When staff members and settings for campuses are added or changed, Anthology Student creates an audit record in the database for almost all of the changes so that you can create SQL queries to audit the changes.
