Create a Batch to Archive Attendance
You can use the Archive Attendance page to archive attendance data from the attendance form and improve the performance as a result.
Note: When attendance is archived, it is excluded from calculations and reporting. While you can archive attendance for all the students for a campus up to a specific date, you must recall the attendance for individual students by program version on their Student Profile. You can view, but cannot edit or include attendance records in calculations and reporting without recalling it.
Unlike other batch processes in Anthology Student that are processed as soon as the system resources are available, the batch to archive attendance is a scheduled job.
Prerequisites
You must have:
-
Common - Processes - View authorization
-
Academic Records - Processes - Archive Attendance authorization
Your institution must have scheduled the job that archives attendance. To verify that your institution created and scheduled the job that processes the batch or to find out when it will be processed or request that it be processed, contact your System Administrator.
Access Method
Select the Processes tile > locate Academic Records > select Archive Attendance.
