Course Fulfillment Orders

You can use the Course Fulfillment Orders page to configure the order that you want Anthology Student to use to fulfill courses in the degree progress audit (DPA). For example, you can create an order that specifies required courses are fulfilled before courses in elective pools.

Anthology Student includes a system defined default order with name Default. It is displayed at the top for your reference and cannot be modified or copied.

The course fulfillment orders you specify here can be selected when you configure program versions. (Select the Configuration tile > expand Academic Records > select Programs > select the name of the program > select the New button and specify the general information or select an existing program version.)

If no order is specified for the program version, Anthology Student uses Default.

Prerequisites

To view the page, you must have Academics - Configuration - View authorization.

To edit the page, you must have Academics - Configuration - Manage authorization.

When your institution configured the advanced features in the system settings for Anthology Student, it must have selected Yes for Enable Feature Flag for Course Fulfillment OrderClosed Select Yes if you want to use the Course Fulfillments Order option from the Configuration tile to modify the order that the system uses to fulfill courses in the degree progress audit (DPA). The course fulfillment orders you configure can then be selected when you configure program versions. If you select Yes, the Degree Progress Audit dialog in the legacy interface is disabled. You must use the Degree Progress Audit tile in the standard interface to work with the DPA for a student. If you select No, the system uses Default for all program versions. .

To edit an item associated with more than one campus, you must have access to all the campuses. For example, if the item is configured to be available at three campuses and you only have access to two of the campuses, you can view the item, but cannot edit it. When you add an item, you can only select campuses to which you have access.

If you are unfamiliar with how the course list works with the course fulfillment order and the DPA, see Background for Course Fulfillment Orders.

Access Method

Select the Configuration tile > locate Academic Records > select Course Fulfillment Orders.
