Create or Edit Transcript Requests
You can create transcript requests and edit existing transcript requests for a student.
Prerequisites
You must have:

Common - Student - View authorization

To add a transcript request, Contact Manager - Transcript Request - New authorization

To edit a transcript request, Contact Manager - Transcript Request - Edit authorization
Access Method
Select the Students tile > select the name in the Students list > expand Contact Manager > select the Transcript Requests tile.
Procedure to Create or Edit a Transcript Request

If you want to:

Create a transcript request, select one of the three New buttons based on the transcript request type. If you create a transcript request without printing it, the transcript request record will be saved with an empty Date Sent.

Edit a transcript request, select the Recipients link

Specify the following values based on the transcript request type.
College
Student
Other

If you want to save and:

Continue making changes, select the Save button

Close, select the Save & Close button
