Set and Change Your Default Campus and Settings

If you are assigned to more than one campus, you can specify your default campus the first time you log on to Anthology Student along with a default term and award year. Once you have set your default campus, Anthology Student displays the information and students for that campus. If you are only assigned to one campus, Anthology Student automatically sets that campus as your default.

You can also change your campus while you are working in Anthology Student.

Prerequisites

Your System Administrator must have assigned you to your campuses.

Procedure to Set Your Defaults

If you have not set your default campus, Anthology Student displays a dialog the first time you access it.

1. Select or specify the values.

   Award Year The financial aid award year. Campus The campus or campuses to which a person or item is assigned. It is filtered to display the campuses to which you have access. In some cases, it is also used to filter a list to only those items for the campus. In some lists, you can select more than one campus or select All. In lists that display columns, if the column contains more than one campus, you cannot sort or filter on that column. Module Select the area that you want to be the default module used for filtering in the selection criteria on the Document Tracking page.

   Show this screen every time Anthology Student starts Select the check box if you want to change one or more of the defaults each time you log in to Anthology Student. Term Available terms with start and end dates for each term.

2. Select the Set Default button.

   Anthology Student displays the Home page with the selected campus code in the top, right corner of the page.

Procedure to Change Your Defaults

1. Save any work you had in progress on pages or tabs.

2. Select the campus code.

   

3. Select the name of the campus you want to work with in the list.

   Anthology Student redisplays the Home page with the selected campus code in the top, right corner of the page.
