Manage a Student's Certifications and Skills
You can use the Certifications & Skills page to view, add, remove, or delete information about a student's certifications and skills.
Prerequisites
You must have Common - Student - View authorization.
You must have:

To view the page, Career Services - Certifications and Skills - View authorization

To add, remove, or delete certifications and skills, Career Services - Certifications and Skills - Edit authorization
Access Method
Select the Students tile > select the name in the Students list > expand Career Services > select the Certifications & Skills tile.

Review the values on the page.

Take the appropriate action.
Task You Want to Perform Action to Take Add a certification or edit a certification 1. If you want to:
◦ Add a certification, click the New button
◦ Edit a certification, click the certification record in the list
2. Specify the following details.
3. Click Save to save the changes.
Add a skill 1. In Certifications & Skills, click the New button.
2. In Select Skills, review the skills that display the following values and select a skill(s).
3. Click the Select button.
Delete a certification 1. In the Certifications list, highlight the record you want to delete in the list.
2. Click Delete.
Remove a skill 1. In Skills, highlight the record you want to delete in the list.
2. Click Remove on the toolbar.
