Description

Reasons codes are used as additional information on time and earning transactions. Reasons can also be used as conditional information for time premiums and earning splits.

Fields

Field	Description
Reason	Name of the reason code
Short code	5-character identifier. Defaults to the first five characters of the name.
Reason description	Long description of the reason
Active date	First date the record is in effect
Expiry date	Last date the record is in effect
