Description
This form tracks notes and internal memos about the personal or electronic contacts for a worker or location.
Person notes are not used in pay processing.
Fields
| Field | Description |

| Note type | User-definable types of notes (e.g., Public, Private, etc.). See Note Types. |
| Note subject | Subject or header of the note |
| Note text | Memo text of the note. This field cannot be filtered on. |
| Active date | First date the record is in effect |
| Expiry date | Last date the record is in effect |
