Late First Payments - Earnings Generation and Accumulator Updates

Description

This is a multi-purpose function containing four core functions in the pay process, but is specifically for the purposes of processing late first payments for newly hired workers:

1. Creating earning records from time records

2. Updating entitlements with earnings impacts

3. Updating accumulators with earnings impacts

4. Creating generated earnings for all workers in the pay group

Each function proceeds automatically once selected and requires no further user input.

This function can be run in the background as a batch process.

Fields

Field	Description
Pay group	Pay group to process time and earnings for
Pay period dates	The previous pay period the pay group is on. Read-only.
Time to earnings	Create earnings records from time records for the previous pay period
Update entitlements	Update entitlements with earnings impacts for all workers in the pay group for the previous pay period
Update accumulators	Update accumulators with earnings impacts for all workers in the pay group for the previous pay period
Generated earnings	Create generated earnings for all workers in the pay group for the previous pay period
