Earning Rule Group Calculations

Description

Each record on this form defines how one earning is calculated and which rule group it calculates for. Earnings can be associated with multiple earning rule groups with different calculations controlling their operation for each rule group.

Fields

Field	Description
Earning rule group	Rule group this earning is defined for
Earning	Earning code to associate with a calculation and a rule group
Earning group	Group of earnings to be associated with a calculation and rule group. A rule group calculation can only be defined for one Earning or one Earning group.
Calculation	Calculation that defines how to generate the earning values when payroll is processed
Active date	First date the record is in effect
Expiry date	Last date the record is in effect
