Synchronize the Chart of Accounts Delimiter

The chart of accounts delimiter, configured in Anthology Finance & HCM under Modules > General Ledger > Ledger Setup > General Ledger Parameters > Chart of Accounts and Dimensions > Change Delimiter, must be synchronized with Anthology Student. This synchronization ensures consistent use of the delimiter in the Select GL Account feature within Anthology Student.

To synchronize the Chart of Accounts delimiter:

• Navigate to Student accounting > Integrations and select Sync chart of accounts delimiter.

  Once the synchronization is complete, a message is displayed confirming that it was successful.
