Create a Fund Source Record

To create a fund source, perform the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Student accounting > Financial Aid Fund Source > Fund sources.

  2. Select New.

  3. In the General section:

    1. In the Fund source field, enter a unique name for the fund source.

    2. In the Description field, enter a short description of the fund source.

    3. In the Active from and Active to fields, select the date when the fund source is available for new transactions.

    4. In the Fund source type field, select a value from the drop-down list.
  4. In the Payee details section, add the payee details.

  5. Select Save and close the form.
