Grant Users Access to Campuses

In Anthology Finance & HCM, the permission to view student transactions is defined based on a campus within a legal entity. The campus permission is subject to the permissions given to the legal entity and Student Accounting module. If a user does not have access to the Student Accounting module in a legal entity, the user will not see any student transactions even if the campus permission is provided.

Campuses must be configured in Anthology Student before performing the steps below.

To enable permission for a user to view student transactions within a campus, perform the following steps in Anthology Finance & HCM:

1. Navigate to System administration > Users> Users.

2. Select a user and select the Campuses menu option in the toolbar.

   The User campuses form is displayed.

3. In the Campuses area, select Add.

4. In the Campus column, select a campus from the drop-down list.

5. Select Save and close the form.
